Building the Personal Brand and Evolving

I had a great time speaking at the 2010 You Too Social Media Conference on Friday at Kent State. I had the opportunity to speak on the changes in customer communication and the values of personal branding when searching for a job. It is always fun to teach college students the value of setting up personal brand in order to differentiate yourself in the job market!
